The project looks like it's going great, shedding all those excess pounds has to feel really good. Getting the motor out must have felt positively cathartic. Goodbye IC.

Outstanding effort and thanks for sharing. About your DC motor... manufactured by whom and what are the ratings for rpm, hp, voltage and torque?
